Business and Enterprise account owners and admins can customize default settings to establish company-wide preferences that automatically apply to all users. For certain settings, they can also choose whether users are allowed to override these defaults.
How to access default settings

1. Log in to your Dokobit by Signicat account.
2. Open the Settings by pressing the gear icon next to your name and email address.
3. From the menu on the left, select Default options.
Here you will see an overview of the following default settings:
Document formatThis option allows you to choose the document format that is pre-selected by default on the document upload page.

Validation report liability level
This option allows you to choose the level of assurance for signature validation reports.

Document sharingThis option allows you to control whether users can send signing invitations via SMS and use secure sharing with a One-Time Password.

Signature levels and eID toolsThis option allows you to enable or disable entire signature levels or the use of specific e-identification tools.
