Do you use several email addresses every day? Add them as aliases to your Dokobit by Signicat account to make sure you don’t miss any documents sent to you. Just follow the steps below to set them up.
| Note: Once an email address is added as an alias, it can no longer be used to register a separate Dokobit account. |
1. Log in to your Dokobit by Signicat account.
2. Open the Settings by pressing the gear icon next to your name and email address.
3. From the menu on the left, select My profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Add an alias.
5. A new window will appear. Enter the email address in the provided field, then press Continue.
| Note: We recommend keeping personal and company documents separate. Avoid adding your personal email address as an alias to your company account or vice versa. |
6. A verification email will be sent to the alias address you added. Open the email and press Verify email address.
