How to register a Dokobit Portal account

Follow these steps to register your first Dokobit Portal account or an additional one.
 


1. Go to the Dokobit Portal registration page.

 

2. Select your country and preferred eID tool.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity using your chosen eID tool. Please note that the authentication flow differs depending on the eID tool you select.

 

4. Fill in the required fields and press Register.

Registering an additional account?


Existing Dokobit users can create additional Portal accounts at this stage by following these steps:

 

  1. Press Create a new account.

  2. Fill in the required fields, and press Register.

 

5. Open the account verification email sent to your email address and press Activate.

Note: If the system fails to verify your email address when you press Activate, try the following.

 

  1. Open the most recent account verification email.
  2. Right-click Activate and select the option to copy the link address.
  3. Paste the copied link into a new browser tab or window and press Enter.

 

6. Once your email address is verified, you are logged in to the Dokobit Portal and can start using our services.

Note: When you register a Dokobit Portal account, you're automatically assigned the Free plan. You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time to access additional features. How to purchase a subscription.
