If your company account has users who no longer need access to the Dokobit by Signicat portal, you can delete them by following the steps below.
| Note: Deleting a user does not automatically reduce the number of purchased seats in a Business account. Business account owners can decrease the number of seats by following the instructions in this article. |
| Note: The following actions can be performed only by an account owner or admin. |
1. Log in to your Dokobit by Signicat account.
2. Open the Settings by pressing the gear icon next to your name and email address.
3. From the menu on the left, select User management.
Here you will see an overview of all users in your company account.
4. Find the user you want to delete. Press the Actions button next to their name and select Delete user.
5. A window will appear.
If the user has documents stored in their account, you will be asked to choose between one of the following options:
- Delete without transfer → Deletes the user and all documents in their account.
- Transfer and delete → Deletes the user but saves the documents stored in their account by transferring them to a different company user of your choice.
6. Press Delete to confirm the action.
