Business account owners can increase or decrease the number of available user seats in their company account at any time. Increasing the limit allows you to purchase additional seats and invite more users. Decreasing the limit reduces the number of available seats.
| Note: The following actions can be performed only by an account owner. |
1. Log in to your Dokobit by Signicat account.
2. Open the Settings by pressing the gear icon next to your name and email address.
3. From the menu on the left, select Billing.
4. In the Overview section, press Change seat limit.
5. A pop-up window will appear. Adjust the number of seats using the + or – icons and press Save changes.
If you increase the number of user seats → You will be redirected to the checkout page where you can review and complete the payment for the additional seats. Once the seat limit is increased, you can invite new users to join the account.
If you decrease the number of user seats → The number of available seats will be reduced immediately, and the change will appear in your next invoice.
Please note that you cannot reduce the seat limit below the number of active users in the account. If all seats are currently in use, delete users first before decreasing the seat limit.
