In the Dokobit by Signicat portal, document owners can control which e-signing methods are available to participants. By enabling or disabling specific methods, you can ensure that participants use only the signing methods that meet your required e-signature level.
How to access the settings
How you access the e-signing method settings depends on whether you are creating a new document or changing the settings for an existing one.

A new window will appear, displaying three sections for available e-signature levels. These sections contain the available e-signing methods. Here's how to update the settings:
- Toggle each e-signature level on or off to enable or disable the entire category.
- Press the arrow icon to expand a category and view the available e-signing methods. Enable or disable specific methods by marking them purple (enabled) or grey (disabled).
When you're finished editing, press Save to apply your changes.
